Instructional Design Projects

A growing collection of instructional design projects developed through doctoral coursework and professional practice. My work explores needs assessment, learner and task analysis, scenario-based learning, workforce development, and performance improvement, with a particular emphasis on virtual behavioral health and healthcare leadership. Each project reflects my commitment to connecting instructional theory with practical workplace challenges and evidence-based learning solutions.
