I hold a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA). I am currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership at Trident University International, where I am expanding my knowledge of instructional strategies, learning theories, organizational leadership, and evidence-based educational practices. My doctoral research in business administration explored nurses' perspectives on work stoppages in Southern California, with particular attention to organizational support, staffing, leadership, and workplace experiences. This research strengthened my interest in understanding how organizational environments influence employee engagement, professional development, and performance.
