Professional Experience
My experience includes supervising multidisciplinary healthcare support operations, coordinating workflows, supporting employee development, and identifying opportunities to improve service delivery. Working in healthcare has taught me that performance challenges are not always caused by a lack of employee knowledge. Sometimes they reflect unclear expectations, ineffective processes, insufficient resources, or gaps in communication. This perspective shapes my approach to instructional design. I believe effective training begins with understanding the problem, identifying the skills employees need, and creating learning experiences that can be applied in real-world settings. My professional interests and developing instructional design competencies include needs assessment, task analysis, learner analysis, scenario-based learning, employee training, leadership development, and evaluation of workplace performance.
